Fremantle City Coldstores undertake on behalf of the company to:
Ensure our Quality Manual will provide the framework for our establishment to consistently achieve the highest quality standard in Meat Safety, Fish & Fish products & quarantine product safety as set by DAWE and overseas country requirements and meet all standards and elements of our HACCP.
Comply with the policies, procedures and specifications set out in our Quality Manual that defines the Quality System in operation at the above establishment for the storage of frozen products on behalf of our clients.
Grant entry to the premises at any time to persons who are authorized officers for the purposes of auditing matters contained in our manual, relating to frozen products for which export inspection and/or certification is required.
Ensure our computerised PRONTO warehousing system, together with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, is of the latest in computer technology, allowing for complete inventory control, including product traceability and recall.
Ensure our automated temperature monitoring system is to provide 24-hour surveillance and certify that all products are kept within quality standards.
Our policy is to provide a modern Cold storage/Warehousing facility providing the highest quality standards possible.
